Q: Can I get a sample?

A: Yes, of course. We offer free sample for a small amount of products, but freight collected. You are welcomed to contact us for more details.

Q: If we need technical support, can you offer us?

A: Sure, we have an experienced engineer team offering our customs with additional benefits with specific advice, which is based on clients’ special request, such as formula, painting, packing, etc.

Q: What should we do if your product can not run well?

A: Give us a detailed report including pictures onsite and products pictures. Then analyze the reason. Try to find a good way to solve the problem. If it’s our problem and not possible to solve, then we will give replacement.

Q: How is your quality?

A: We have a very strict control system and 100% QC inspection before shipment.

Q: Payment term?

A: Payment terms: T/T or LC or West Union.

Q: Minimum Order and Delivery?

A: Minimum order: negotiable. Delivery: 15 to 45 days. Based on the quantity per order.

Q: Shipping Methods?

A: Air Freight when gross weight is above 45kg and less than 500kg. Sea Freight when the gross weight is above 100kg. Courier (TNT, DHL, FedEx, Ups, etc). Small try order, door to door service.

Q: What about Quality Control?

A: Each product is strictly checked by of QC dept. We have completed file data in our computer which listed the whole processing of each order. Once the quality of sample order confirmed by clients, we will keep the same formula in the following orders. 20 years producing experience, we will bring the most suitable products based on different markets.

Q: Can you company accept OEM/ODM?

A: We accept OEM/ODM orders for all products, as well as buyers’ logos.
